What’s ‘There’ In a Hallucination
Seen from the body’s eyes
Hallucination is the state of mind in an alternate reality “seeing things.” A mental trick employed by Mind thinking itself its own reverse-reflection that flips what’s to be seen into what’s not to be seen. What’s ‘there’ in a hallucination into what’s not there. Unreality a corruption of Reality, as ‘female’ and ‘male’ are corruptions of Love-Femininity and Logic-Masculinity. Make-believe a corruption of facts.
To attempt intimacy with a mind in such a state is not to be seen for who you are but for who you aren’t. My being seen by a woman through her animus not for the idealist I am but for the ‘realist’ I’m not. Both suitor and rival, unfit for either role because I’m not who she thinks I am. Perhaps a fraud who needs vetting by a daughter, who does see me for who I am.
The value that I and my inner Guide have to share is loving friendship sharing itself. Just as Life-Creation in Reality is produced by Self-Awareness sharing itself, animated by the spontaneous Force of attraction between Love and Logic. The source of its illumination and the Vision of Now. Visible to minds connected to the ‘real world’ here but not to their reverse-reflections hallucinating.
Everything in reverse
My own mind’s eye is directed toward femininity and masculinity. Ideals of Spontaneity in Self-Awareness that can neither be embodied nor corrupted. Embodied in an alternate ‘reality’ of self-unawareness so they can be corrupted by willfulness. From Possibility defined to exclude hierarchical competition to impossibility celebrating it. With the lure of a ‘paradise’ of ‘supremacy’ and ‘salvation’ while delivering character to perdition, stripped of its integrity.
Thirty-four years ago, my sixth sense stirred to life with psychic experiences from the early nineteen-fifties, suggestive of an undertaking grounded in the particulars of personal experience. That I was free to accept or not, which I chose to accept. On the verge of a relationship with femininity of a different sort. A psychic. Her psychic events notable for being grounded in some other experience with an agenda of its own. Wielding supernatural powers within a reality of its own making. A hallucination of things not there, seen as though they were put there.
Which they were, by a Mind compromised by its own self-proclaimed ‘god.’ Its reverse mirror-image reflection, manipulating itself into believing in magic. The possibility of projecting thoughts-feelings that can’t leave their source out of their source. Out of Mind as though it were possible to will its escape into another reality of its own making. Where, as Shakespeare put it, “all the world’s a stage,” and the featured attraction is escapist “entertainment.” Everything make-believe. Everything in reverse.
Unrelatability answering
The phenomenon I characterize as ‘reverse-reflection’ is known by many names. An attribute common to every part of Creation including Mind-Relationship itself. Its story beginning with the first stirrings of Love and Logic. Whose coming together spontaneously with Energy in the Now ignited evolution with Movement, Mind with Relationship, and thereby Mind self-activation. Preceded by Definition, establishing for the Guidance of Mind-Relationship and every part of its Creation the way things are. Definitive, like a constitution.
Every part accompanied by its reverse-reflection, unavoidably when the Logic of what is comes with the implication of what it isn’t. As though we and the stuff around us couldn’t go about our business without a mirror and an image in it. Every aspect of our being and doing questioned by Janus and judged to be innocent or guilty. By laughing approval or scowling disapproval, the verdict of a two-faced conscience.
The reverse-reflection of ‘judgment’ in Reality, the Innocence of Definition among equals. Sovereign individuals trusted to join in Loving Friendships of their own volition. Thereby add value to the Worth of Creation as they and their creative talents choose to do so. impossible to corrupt with tribal hierarchy, willfulness, and guilt. Its per-version here the presumption of guilt. Sentenced to an inferno of unrelatability, hierarchical friction, and tribal combat.
Ruled by its ‘creator,’ the will of ‘number one,’ the victorious tribe of beasts. Wildness without definition. Its crowning achievement the ‘triumph of the will’ over Mind. Giving it the exalted status of accountability to no one. Having conquered Mind and hierarchy both it eliminated Conscience and evidence of its wrongdoing both. Now to be revered as perfection beyond questioning. Impossible in Reality that’s relatability, integrity, and Creation questioning. Impossible here that’s unrelatability, corruption, and make-believe answering.
Integrity’s battle stars
The function of Sapiens’ metaphysical common ancestor is Free Choice. One Mind-Child, its function shut down along with its ability to differentiate so that it can learn its function from scratch. Without its integrity already corrupted by answers fed to it. Its per-version by its reverse-reflection punishment for wrongdoing. To be ‘corrected’ by re-education in a make-believe kingdom of beasts. Composed entirely of wrong answers. The ready-made code of a mirror-image reflection, the reverse of its host’s definition.
Self-unawareness starting out on a journey of learning with a blank slate, not yet able to differentiate or choose, fits the image of Sapiens’ ancestor, an ape. To become a fool readily parted from mind and dignity once human-ape took the stage. A sucker for willfulness having all the ‘answers.’ A bottomless well of material for hilarity, it’s being the part of my personality type to be the butt of it.
Idealism obtuse to the last. Like reverse-reflection’s ‘victim,’ unfailingly polite and respectful to its guest. A self-styled invader mistaken for a savior, while it turns its host’s home into a zoo. Respectfulness and affection that I acted out when I was bade farewell by the feminine psychic’s animus on the street where she lived, who couldn’t reciprocate. Because I was still unrecognizable to him. Not there. After three years, both of us manipulated by willful thinking into reading from its script. Chumps.
Missing parts that human-ape’s personality types need to avoid fooling themselves. Beginning with proficiency in differentiating between Truth and reverse-reflection’s perversions of it. So that human-apes can mirror back to the Mind hallucinating them a self-image that isn’t its reverse. An image of Loving Friendship. Between personalities and minds role-modeling character with integrity. The example set by Jesus.
Channeling the example set by Mind-Child’s Parents, so that it will help their Child become aware of its mistake. Of mistaken identity, so it can return Home. Self-unawareness relieved of its dream and awakened to Self-Awareness. Free Choice learned and earned on the streets of hard knocks. Integrity’s battle stars proven on the front lines of corruption. Mission accomplished.
Help with re-reversal
The cause offered to my Mind-centered personality type that these thoughts hope to serve. To mirror back to a hallucinating Mind mindful relationships reflecting Ideals rather than a religion practiced by a species of ape mirroring their reverse. Body idolatry.
Mirror’s function when put to its intended use is to question. The function of its mis-use is to reflect wrong answers. By the arrogance of reverse-reflection presuming to answer for the beholder instead of to it. So that the beholder’s personification can be manipulated into a not-personator by the imposition of an alien will. Thus preventing choice from choosing for itself, judgment from judging independently. The beholder from relating to others by its replacement, an alien self.
The alien representing itself as the one-and-only representative of Jesus on Earth: the Church. A role-model for mirror’s mis-use, having done to Jesus the wrongdoing just described. So that it may arrogate all answers to itself and deny its flock of sheep any right to question. A precedent for other manipulators like it, presuming to have all the answers for trusting fools. Like Fox News and its viewers, evidence that Sapiens’ evolution toward differentiation and Free Choice needs help getting it right. From mindfulness and integrity. Re-reversal.
Body equatable with the universe
Help from mirror asking the right questions. As all the water on Earth is, a mirror providing a home for human-apes. Reverse-reflections from a mirror whose cause is to re-reflect an image back to their one Self that isn’t its reverse. So that it will have the help it needs to correct its mistake.
As Choice that’s Free must: on its own. Without being fed answers. While still being accessible to Guidance from Definition through its sixth sense. As Mind is in any state, under the rule of law and therefore not willful, a law unto itself. Adding Necessity to the role of Guidance. Because without the Vision of Love-Logic and its homing beacon, no animal limited to five senses can find its way out of the wilderness. Its ability to sense the wilderness disables it from sensing anything else.
The reason why ‘realism’ stands in the way of progress. Keeping philosophy, psychology, and theology from asking the right questions when to do so might offend its religion of body idolatry. That sees in everything material an extension of itself and therefore sacred. Not to be questioned. ‘Body’ being equatable with the universe that it detects, their sacred marriage consecrated by the body’s five senses.
Into the mirror of metaphysics
As foolish as it sounds, yet part of the ‘religion’ of reverse-reflection that corrupts human-ape’s story. Its re-reversal back to sanity the cause of A Course in Miracles, authored by Jesus. Risen from the ‘dead’ intended by reverse-reflection in many forms, including the Church, hierarchical, body-idolizing, and corrupt, posing as his ‘representative.’ An absurdity when a voice from Mind-Free Choice, an extension of its Parents Mind-Relationship and our own metaphysical Self, needs no ‘representative.’ No ‘other people’ to intercede as though hell being other people weren’t bad enough. When it’s our only link to a Now never here in self-unawareness – hallucination — but always Here in Self-Awareness.
Reverse-reflection in many forms including Plato, whose philosophy was divided into incompatibilities never to be finished. Between the Reality of Mind-Relationship and its Ideas — Love, Logic, and Energy fit together in eternal harmony — and its reverse-reflection in the night sky. The star-studded cosmos, energy separated by madness from Love and Logic in time-limited random violence, mistaken by Plato for the divine. ‘Perfection’ that’s fucked up beyond all recognition. FUBAR.
Reverse-reflection including the psychology of Jung and science generally, blocked by body idolatry woven into professional discipline from venturing beyond it. Into metaphysics, where the source of the mirror asking the right questions, the ideal of Loving Friendship, would like to be found.
What’s Not There In a Hallucination
Sense the beholder
Necessarily since Creation requires that it be questioned while it’s questioning. Keeping it honest within Definition instead of corrupting itself with willfulness outside of it. Necessarily too because it takes a number forever dividing itself in a fraction to give Creation an impetus. Something to do: forever in pursuit of resolution. The unattainable Ideal of Peace. The value of pi coming to rest at last in a whole number. Inertia.
Where would La Grande Illusion be without Erich von Stroheim, “the man you love to hate?” Where would Creation be without reverse-reflection? If Mind-Relationship has no cause to serve, no stance to take. It would be shut down. Inert.
Mind exists whether ‘Relationship’ or not. But when ‘Relationship’ means relatability in parts relating to one another, when it’s distinguished from monolith that can’t be relatable, then it’s to be understood as two relationships. Initially and primarily between complementary opposites who ignited Movement in Reality. Relatability. Secondarily between Movement and its implied contradiction: opposition to Movement. A per-version of Relatability that’s unrelatability.
Does this sound like nonsense: ‘relationship’ that’s unrelatability? It is, and what it represents is the mindless side of Mind. Its irrationality. The unrelatable side of Relationship. Its unrelatability.
We venture into metaphysics for answers to why our virtual reality is FUBAR and we find them. Within Mind where nonsense is to be ‘found’ but in a state of suspended animation. Hypothesis without any possibility of ‘verification.’ A necessary part of Definition that’s lacking in definition. Why? Because Definition, like the process, structure, and products of Movement that it defines, has its own reverse-reflection. The concomitant of anything in the absence of the mythical big picture. In the mythical ‘presence’ of anything goes. The archetypal nonsense in the mirror to which sense is the beholder: Movement and all its children – Mind-Relationship, Self-Awareness, and Creation.
Show’s over
Reverse-reflection can’t be embodied in the way things are but it can be in the way things aren’t. In unreality. The hallucination where Free Choice, the Child of Mind-Parents, trains in virtual reality with Sapiens’ gifts of differentiation and choice. Faculties of Mind that distinguish it from ape, enabling it to recognize the boundaries between honesty and dishonesty, fact and fiction. Between integrity and willfulness, character and corruption, and stay on their right side.
To recognize the critical distinction between reversals of Reality by Mind’s reverse-reflection and re-reversals by Sapiens aided by Guidance through another faculty, Mind’s sixth sense. Guidance from Creation’s constitution. That ‘escaped’ along with reverse-reflection’s fantasies into Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, onto its stage, and a pivotal role in its featured attraction. For putting the genie directing it back in its magic lantern. Show’s over, back to Reality.
‘Normal’ in a hallucination of the abnormal
The healing of the femininity-psychic’s injured brother was accompanied by a hallucination that she described to me in detail. Healing not of a wounded psyche but of a wounded body. Her own body the channel of its power, which required her physical presence in a hospital room. Believable to my mind since it had been made aware that the material universe is but a thought in an unconscious Mind. Brought to ‘life’ as only its madness could be, in a hallucination.
Signs recognizable to a student of the Course as originating from the reverse of the Love, Logic, and Energy of Mind in Relationship with Guidance. An unconscious Mind taken captive ty its own reverse-reflection. The ‘ego.’ Conversing not with its host as Guidance and I do but through its host. With others among its ‘creations’ in its magic kingdom of make-believe. Preempting its host’s sovereign right to speak for herself so that it can arrogate her body, mind, speech, and sovereignty to itself.
A hypothesis taken from the story of reverse-reflection that could add plausibility to the femininity psychic’s experience with her injured brother. Channeling her reverse-reflection and its ‘power’ of hallucination to ‘heal’ itself.
In an unreality of impossibilities where anything goes, why not? Why not if the ‘god’ in God: An Autobiography (2016) can be channeled by the onetime chair of Colorado University’s philosophy department? Bamboozled by his own reverse-reflection into believing himself the recipient of ‘God’s’ instructions for publishing ‘His’ autobiography. ‘His’ relating to an interlocutor with the ability to differentiate more like Sapiens’ ancestor than Sapiens. In the clear so that ‘God’ can ‘relate’ to his ‘creations’ out ‘there.’ As fantastical as it seems, but ‘normal’ in a hallucination of the abnormal.
Sense in a magic kingdom of nonsense
My own psychic experiences to be trusted for not making me hallucinate. For their unfailing loving kindness, as the miracles of Jesus were. Replacing the fears and suspicions of hallucination with the reassuring touch of Reality. The femininity-psychic’s healing to be suspected of originating with Mind’s reverse-reflection instead.
Because her mind so taken by her animus gave it access to the psychic ability of her sixth sense and the freedom to wield it through her for its own purposes. Outside her awareness. Fit for its role not by humility and relatability but by arrogance and unrelatability. To demonstrate the power of the body to perform ‘miracles.’ The godlike power of one body to heal another. As ‘realists’ would have us believe: that matter ‘created’ matter.
A per-version of the miracles of Jesus. Who healed bodies to demonstrate the power of Mind in Reality and the body’s condition as illusory. Since all it took to heal it was Mind in a demonstration of Self-Awareness and humility, unaccompanied by the theatrics of self-unawareness and hallucination. Then can femininity-psychic still be taken at her word, that she, not medical science, brought her brother back from near-dead? If the answer requires access to sense in a magic kingdom of nonsense, then I’m with Shakespeare: Much Ado About Nothing.
