Revoked on appeal
Voluntary evolution beyond a species of animal mischaracterized as forced eviction is an exact re-enactment in reverse of the metaphysical event that produced our faux reality. Reverse-reflection’s friendly reception into the Mind of our metaphysical ancestor mischaracterized as fierce resistance overcome by the intruder’s heroic courage and superior strength. With Sapiens seeking to evolve beyond its animal kingdom, cast in the role of guest abandoning the abode of reverse-reflection on his own initiative, an act now mischaracterized as forced eviction by his host. Coming or going, it seems that reverse-reflection must control the storyline and always be number one, undefeated. Whether or not there’s been a contest.
What’s going on? A dramatization of the principle of unrest that had to be managed at the ignition of evolution-Movement. With one spontaneous act of Energy in the Now, when Love-Logic Relationship, Conscience-Definition, Mind-Self-Awareness, and Creation-Life / Growth all got going. When Movement in Reality was freed to evolve forward by Definition’s differentiation between Mind-Relationship functioning in Self-Awareness and Mind-Child Free Choice’s functioning in Self-Awareness or self-unawareness. The latter requiring a secondary differentiation between Real and unreal. The latter being inactive permanently within Mind-Relationship / Parents but only conditionally within Mind-Child Free Choice, depending on whether it’s Self-Aware or unaware.
I had to ask. What’s going on is a morality play necessitated by the nature of Life-Creation. That it must by Definition stand for everything implied by the idea of Love and Logic, Energy and eternity, Spontaneity and Order. Because the thoughts of Mind are Ideals as well as ideas, causes as well as connections. Because the Life of Creation is Worth as well as talent. Character that must be learned and earned through trial-and-error experience. Since all Movement is accompanied by a derivative state of reverse-reflection, the initial premise behind the play’s storyline can’t be a contest between good and evil. In fact, any contest at all, because the countervailing “force” against Movement is no more than a rider. A caveat informing the product’s user that its certification by Definition may theoretically be revoked on appeal.
Fed by falsehoods
What?? In the absence of an all-encompassing big picture Mind itself must accept that it’s but one perspective. That there may be other forms of existence “out there,” unknown to it and unthinkable. So, no aspect of Reality or unreality as we “know” it can be certified as the “one-and-only” or the “best.” It’s but one possibility, for us to decide what it’s for and how to make use of it.
The utility of a thing brings into question its circumstances, and here’s where the morality play begins. Because from the first movement of Love seeking Loving Friendships, in collaboration with Logic and Energy in the Now, the focus has been on relatability. And we know from experience that relatability thrives in some circumstances and dies in others. It thrives in the presence of Mind-Relationship — Love-Spontaneity inseparable from Logic-Order — and dies in the presence of their opposites: willfulness and wildness. Thrives without self-centered arrogance, dies without Loving Kindness. “Relatability” in Creation being synonymous with Loving Friendship, the central motivating force behind all Movement.
Sapiens getting its butt kicked out of planet Earth put its act in a play that opened before the beginning of time? Unrest is our inheritance, like it or not. Managing it is the tension at the heart of the drama, because in our virtual reality it’s active. Mischaracterizing Sapiens’ evolution beyond its earthly habitat as involuntary is prima facie evidence that unrest is being mismanaged. That until it is managed as our ancestral Self’s Parents managed it, our species will continue to inhabit a state of chaos. Fed by falsehoods just like this one.
Straight for its moving parts
How can it be managed? By each of us making as much use as we can of the faculties Sapiens acquired when it branched off from ape. Differentiation plus empathy. We’re given opportunities every day to practice their use. So, if we get good at them we can act less like animals and more human. Until, someday, maybe we can choose a home for ourselves more suitable than a zoo.
“Choose” because it was to be able to choose its way forward on its own that Sapiens was given these faculties. Choice that’s principled and free is impossible without differentiation and empathy. Reverse-reflection is active in our animal kingdom of self-unawareness. It’s a herd of beasts, lifeless, loveless, and mindless, that opposes all movement Its equivalent of Creation’s Conscience-constitution is Machiavellian expedience – no conscience. No morality. Just survive and try to defeat the competition any way you can. Its tactics center on one overriding objective: depriving Sapiens of choice.
How does it do that? When reverse-reflection was welcomed into our metaphysical Self’s Mind it went straight for its moving parts. To disable choice, because that’s Mind-Child’s indispensable function in Creation: Free Choice. Without which Creation would lack Worth. Free Choice is essential to Character with Integrity and Character with Integrity is essential to Worth. Disabling Mind-Child’s Free Choice faculties would block its performance in Creation for at least as long as time-limited unreality lasts. Reverse-reflection would like it to last forever.
To deny choice and obstruct progress
Disablement produced a hallucination of an animal kingdom inhabited for millions of years by species devoid of differentiation and empathy. Devoid of choice. When Sapiens did eventually appear reverse reflection’s handiwork on Mind-Child’s Mind produced the body-centered personality type. It had laid the groundwork when it captured each faculty and reversed it:
- Extravert being the reverse-opposite of introvert.
- body five-sensing the reverse of intuition-sixth sense.
- wildness without definition the reverse of deliberation with definition.
- willfulness-arrogance the reverse of Spontaneity-Order (judging with discipline).
The Mind-centered type’s origin is Mind-Child’s Parents Love-Logic. Its function in Creation is Free Choice. The body-centered type is the brain-child of Mind-Child corrupted by its reverse-reflection. Its function in our mock reality is to maintain the appearance of reality, to distract Sapiens with body idolatry, and to obstruct progress toward Free Choice, Self-Awareness, and letting go of the hallucination. By doing everything in its power to deny Sapiens choice.
Yokels who don’t know straight up
Your thesis rounds nicely into hallucination. I mean it to do just the opposite. The stuff of Olympian mythology. Meant not to validate appearances but to scramble two once over lightly.
The idea that body-centered personality types are agents of their manipulator. Doing its bidding, which is to take vengeance on Sapiens for challenging the status quo. For re-reversing the original reversal of Reality which brought about a planet of undifferentiating, un-empathizing apes, by evolving into its own elite class of thinking-feeling human-apes. Capable of choosing its way out of the hallucination. Vengeance that forces it off the planet in an act of retribution before it can wave goodbye on its own. A re-reversal of the re-reversal.
If the manipulator present in Sapiens’ metaphysical Psyche has gained access to its thinking wouldn’t this make sense? To use it to manipulate its “creations” to impose its will? Through body-centered types mandated by the principle of reverse-movement, designed for this purpose? It would if they were designed for this purpose. But your premise that personality types square off into one mind-centered camp opposed by a body-centered camp intent on replacing it won’t pass muster in any quarter of philosophy, psychology, or jurisprudence. The evidence now it that personality components are ping-pong balls in a lottery wheel. And individuals walking the streets are a mixture of happenstance. Yokels who don’t know straight up.
The spark of Love and Life
What if Sapiens’ personality development is the individual’s personality development writ large? Inchoate up to a point in late adolescence or early adulthood. Then coming into sharper resolution with age and experience. Then hardening with psychological maturity which may come well beyond physical maturity. What if Sapiens’ maturation is equivalent to the stage before personality types resolve into one side and its reverse-opposition? What if our metaphysical Self’s manipulator fears the outcome which would subject it to defeat? Contradicting the basis for its virtual reality, that it’s the triumph of will over Mind, should the Mind-centered type now prove superior to the mindless, choiceless, senseless beasts opposing it.
Because that’s what the body-centered type is. A human facsimile. A façade for a herd of wild beasts that needs to be anesthetized by Reality and put back into its cage. Inactivated. In an act not of cruelty but of humane management. Of a dangerous but necessary element of Creation. A rhinoceros standing with its foot upon the neck of a prostrate Teddy Roosevelt.
The impulse to chase varmints on horses or to track down magnificent animals in the wild wasn’t bred out of variants of Sapiens. There’s always been a spark of idealism in its mind where the will to dominate has no presence. It’s in every mind, in fact, and it’s this spark of Love and Life that can’t be held down by manipulations no matter how clever.
Responsibility for the company we keep
Let the mischaracterization in Sapiens’ Self’s Mind engage in its mischaracterizations. In frantic re-windings of its contortions. Even to put Sapiens on a track to manipulate itself out of “existence” for the offense of learning to differentiate and empathize. To choose with Conscience and thus to liberate itself from manipulator and manipulations. The object isn’t eternal life here in a time-limited hallucination. To let ourselves be distracted by cascades of provocations, furies, and fears. The object is to take another look in the mirror and, this time, get it right.
Are body-centered types listening? “Realists?” “Mirror” is their cue to leave the room. Mischaracterization driven away by itself instead of Love and Logic drawn toward themselves and their Child. By the force of Life, Learning, and Growth for which there is no denial. No power to reverse that can’t be re-reversed.
And Sapiens harnesses this power? Not by agonizing over innocence and guilt for every offense but by taking responsibility for the company we keep. Whether Guidance from our Parents Love-Logic in Loving Friendship or with the predator who lurks in the shadows behind the high school. The face of authoritarian cruelty and its victims. Its own kids. The manipulator. This is the choice for which Sapiens was gifted with differentiation and empathy, Logic and Conscience.
Put Life into Movement and move it forward? Or take our chances with “fate”?
